Plus2CPC is an expansion card for the Amstrad CPC that allows to connect Plus cartridges to the standard CPC.

It features a Plus cartridge port, an enable/disable switch and a reset button. When enabled, the CPC boots from the cartridge and allows to run single games or compilations stored inside the cartridge, as well as other versions of the operating system and BASIC, overriding the internal AMSDOS ROM is not supported in all CPCs.

The games must be compatible with CPC to run, because the Plus2CPC expasion only provides support to read the cartridges, but doesn't add the Plus features to the CPC.

If it's connected to an Amstrad Plus expansion port, it serves as a secondary cartridge port, having priority over the integrated cartridge port.
